No.90 : Good Result with My Blood Test (May 2010)

My favorite food always has been bacon, sweets, white rice and other starchy foods, and I am now 78 years old.

I have been testing my blood profile every five months. The test result from December 2009 turned out to be the worst ever. My total cholesterol was 240, my LDL was twice as much as HDL, and my triglycerides became 330. I heard about Dr. Suzuki on the radio, and I decided to consult with him. Dr. Suzuki gave me the valuable advice on how to improve my health including changing my diet and taking nutritional supplements. He also told me that if I did not change my diet and lifestyle, I could have a stroke.
