Although the figures cannot be said to be low enough, it is surprising that the figures went down so much. We would like to continue to take them. Both my husband and I have not experienced any special side effects. When we take them, we gain vigor. My skin became smooth. This winter, we have never caught cold. (At my husband¡Çs office everybody is suffering from cold. However, we did not get any flu shots.)

We are very grateful for that. On top of that, cholesterol went down noticeably for which we are deeply impressed. I told and recommended this to my friends in Denver. Since I heard that cholesterol does not go down by exercise or food therapy, I was quite at a loss. However, now that we have M10-8 (SS), we can enjoy foods without too much worry.
