No.24 : My physical condition improved this much.

I have taken 12 tablets of B.P. a day and 3 tablets of M10-8 (SS) a day for the past two years and a half. (I still take them.) During this period, symptoms of hemorrhoids have disappeared, my weight went down by 2 kilograms, and the stiff neck caused by whiplash was 80% cured. My hey fever was light last year.

The level of bad cholesterol came down from 270 to 170. (I think, in case of cholesterol, I have to add the effect of the adjusted intake of meal, salt and fat.)

As to the immediate effect, my experience shows that the thirsts caused by excessive use of salt or the intoxication from excessive drinking were considerably lessened with 5 tablets of M10-8 (SS). I recommend that you take the dosage of B.P. plus M10-8 (SS) for three months.
