No.95 : RESVERATROL (Sep 2011)

It was a month ago when I saw the supplement called Resveratrol that I will not be able to remember with just one look. My family has had the history of obesity and high blood pressure. At the entrance examination of a company, they made me weigh twice. I had been small and chubby which had been a big complex of mine for a long time. I had been fighting with obesity till now. For these past 3 years, I was on a serious diet. When you think of diet, you might think that you have to restrict on what to eat. I found out that it was not true. At the beginning, I had a wrong idea on eating and dieting, and the weight I lost rebounded so many times. Even the cholesterol level became as high as 380 and I was afraid of eating for a while.
As a part of my new diet plan, I weighted myself and took my temperature when I first woke up in the morning. After I have done it for a year, I found out that I weighed more on the days I could not sleep well. Those days, I ate lots of carbohydrates such as rice, bread and grain because carbohydrates acted as sleep inducing food.

In the United States, we have been trying to prevent obesity. The reason that children become obese is because their parents are obese. It is so sad that Japanese chubby children get bullied and cry. Many books say that obesity and cold are the sources of all kinds of diseases, but no book says properly about the difficulty of loosing weight. Everybody has a different body and each person has each way to eat. It seemed like that I have received a gift from the heaven because I, who could not loose weight for a long time, found Resveratrol to support me. I really appreciate Dr. Suzuki.
One more thing I forgot to tell you about was that my hair loss has stopped. Some people who love Resveratrol might have the same opinion. I was worried if I might loose all my hair within next two years, but I am very happy because I can do any hairstyle I like now. Resveratrol is the best for the people who suffer obesity. What do you think?
