In November 1997 when I reached 70 years old, I received a health check. My doctor told me that my blood pressure was 165 over 105 and I had to pay attention to it.
I have been quite healthy since I was born and had not any serious diseases. Thus, I was kind of shocked to hear this. Immediately I began to take a prescribed drug seriously to lower the blood pressure, but it did not work. On the contrary, my physical conditions got worse and scores of my favorite golfing also got worse.
This year, I received an advice from Dr. Suzuki to take M10-8 (SS) and Spectrum. I began to take them twice a day, and in one month, my blood pressure came down to 136 over 89.
I am surprised to see the wonderful effect of M10-8, and now I hope to reduce my golf handicap, too.
