No.15 : Blood pressure and cholesterol came down.

My cholesterol and blood pressure levels have been high. I began to take M10-8 (SS) in December 1997. My blood pressure was 180 over 144, but half a year later, in June, it came down to 140 over 70.

As to my cholesterol level, the bad cholesterol came down from 161 to 153, and good cholesterol went up to 57. The effectiveness is very clear.
